1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Missing Items
We understand that issues may occur with your order. We accept returns and issue refunds exclusively for damaged or missing items.
2. Video Documentation Requirement
To expedite the return process and ensure accurate assessments, we kindly request customers to take a video of the package while it is still sealed and unopened. The video should clearly show the intact seal before the package is opened.
How to Submit a Video:
- Before opening the package, take a video clearly showing the sealed and unopened state.
- If you discover a missing or damaged item upon opening, message us on our Facebook page with the video attached.
- Our Customer Service team will coordinate the process for replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
If you discover a missing or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Do not open the package if you suspect any issues. Instead, take the required video before opening.
- Message us on our Facebook page with the video attached and details of the issue.
- Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely, including any accessories and documentation received with the product.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
Upon receiving the video documentation and the returned item, we will coordinate the process for a replacement or issue a refund within [X] business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund transaction.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damaged or missing items. We appreciate your understanding.
