WHAT AREAS ARE COVERED FOR DELIVERY?
For now, we are accepting orders from customers anywhere within Metro Manila.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Normally takes within 3-5 days.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE AND MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order. We offer FREE shipping anywhere within NCR.
DO YOU ACCEPT COD? WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Yes, we do COD. We also accept online bank transfer/payment thru BDO, BPI (will soon add GCash)
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time provided the reason for cancellation is reasonable.
WHERE DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive up to the minute updates on your order status via text messages. Should you wish to call our customer support team to find out the exact location of your order, you may do so by calling: 0905 276 9489.
WHERE TO FOLLOW UP IF I HAVE QUESTIONS?
Should you have any questions, you may message us on our Facebook page and we will be attending to it shortly.
WHO DO I CALL IF THERE’S A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER?
Please call 0905 276 9489 and look for Jam/Din within thirty minutes of delivery if there is anything missing or incorrect. We will coordinate with our staff and delivery personnel. And if proven that there is a mistake, any missing orders will be sent the following day. (But if the order has been received and not checked upon receiving, complaints are not entertained)
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
We accept orders for next day delivery until 11:59PM. Our customer service is available from 8 AM to 10:00PM.
